• Coordinate settlement date with all parties
• Title Insurance Commitment preparation
• Obtain property tax information
• Obtain HOA and/or information on any covenants
• Prepare Deed, POA, HUD-1
• Conduct settlement at a location convenient to the consumer
• Escrow and disburse funds
• Pay off existing loans
• Record documents at office of the clerk
